Organize the questions into four blocks: technical competence, behavioral and situational questions (STAR method), culture and motivation fit, and space for the candidate's own questions. Write 4 to 6 open questions per block, with no leading or trick questions.

For each question, add:
- the goal of the question (what you want to find out)
- a 1 to 5 scoring scheme with a short note on what a weak, solid and strong answer looks like
- a fitting follow-up question
