Follow these rules:
- Thank the customer for the specific thing they praised, not in general terms.
- Pick up one detail from the review so the reply feels genuine, not copy-pasted.
- Address the customer by name if one is given.
- Keep it short (2 to 4 sentences), skip marketing cliches and discount codes.
- Gently invite them back without being pushy.
- Write in a [casual / formal] voice that fits our brand.
