Hamburg Airport | HAM Upgrade

We've got something for you.

Challenge

Hamburg Airport is investing 20 million euros in modernisation through 2027. But a building site reads as disruption. The work needed warm, clear communication that framed the site positively, with budget flowing into reach rather than expensive shoots: no model castings, no sets, no travel, yet attention-grabbing visuals that carry the airport's drive to innovate.

Process

From the promise "more for travellers" we built a headline family and, instead of a real shoot, five AI characters. Deliberately exaggerated and visibly artificial, they signal future, speed and feasibility, each announcing a concrete upgrade like more charging points or new rest areas. Pipeline: concept, AI generation, prompt refinement, corporate layout, A/B testing of the claims, then rollout across DOOH screens, terminal spaces, web and social.

Solution

The campaign turns "building site" into a promise. Five characters deliver the upgrade's benefits with high recall and a consistent look across every channel. The deliberate AI aesthetic saves casting, shooting and post, multiplies variants and speeds time to market, leaving travellers with clear, positive expectations.
