380 apartments. Occupancy at takeover: almost zero.

In early 2021, studiomuc launched more than 380 luxury serviced apartments in Frankfurt am Main. When we took the project over from the previous agency, occupancy was near zero. Our brief: change that as fast as possible.

Big goal, big plan: a new communication direction, new landing pages, films, web tracking, UX design, SEO and a sharp focus on Google Ads. The website was fully reworked and extended exactly where it brings enquiries.

Pretty pictures are not enough. To turn visitors into tenants, we built the site consistently around psychological sales triggers.

    Make availability visible. When people see that apartments are running low, they decide sooner rather than later.

  2. Urgency

    Offers with an end date give the final nudge. The Upgrade Weeks from the header film are exactly that kind of mechanic.

  3. Social proof

    Real residents, real images, real voices instead of stock. Full houses convince more than any claim.

  4. Focus

    One page, one goal: the enquiry. Every section leads to the form, nothing distracts from the next step.
