Your company is rolling out Claude Team or Claude Enterprise, and your team works in English. We set up the plan, agree team rules with you and train your people in a half-day workshop, online or in Hamburg. The starter package costs €1,990 net at a fixed price.

For teams that work in English
Your team may sit in Germany, Austria or Switzerland and still run its day in English, for example as the subsidiary of a US or UK group or as a start-up that hires across Europe. Then the setup, the rules and the training should be in English too. We run all of it in English, and in German for colleagues who prefer that.
The kick-off call and the setup happen remotely, so it does not matter where your office is. The workshop runs online or in Hamburg.
Claude starter package for teams
For teams of up to 25 people who are rolling out Claude Team or Claude Enterprise. When the package is done, Claude is set up, your team rules are agreed and your first projects or skills are in use.

Claude Team plan or Claude Enterprise?
Anthropic has two business plans for Claude. The Team plan covers 2 to 150 seats and includes single sign-on, domain capture and role-based permissions. Enterprise includes everything in Team and adds security and compliance controls such as audit logs, SCIM provisioning and custom data retention.
Both plans run under Anthropic's commercial terms, and accepting them includes Anthropic's Data Processing Addendum. Free and Pro accounts fall under the consumer terms. As soon as customer or employee data is involved, use Team, Enterprise or the API.
Which plan fits your team is the first thing we settle in the kick-off call. The starter package works with either plan.

Claude training for your team
The workshop in the package takes half a day with up to 8 people. We work with the projects and skills we set up for you and with tasks your team brings along. Anthropic's Claude Academy has free online courses that work well next to it. The workshop is about how your team uses Claude with your own data and rules.

Since the amended version took effect on July 27, 2026, Article 4 of the EU AI Act asks companies that use AI systems to take measures that support their staff's AI literacy. The workshop is such a measure, and you get a record with date, topics and participants for your files. According to the European Commission, an internal record like this is enough as evidence. What does the starter package cost?
€1,990 net, at a fixed price, for teams of up to 25 people. It includes a kick-off call, setup, team rules, two or three projects or skills, a half-day workshop and 30 days of email support. Claude licenses are extra and you buy them directly from Anthropic. Our Claude cost calculator (in German) shows what they cost for your team size.
We are more than 8 people. How does the workshop work?
One workshop session is for up to 8 people. Each further group of up to 8 adds one session at €1,290 net. The package covers teams of up to 25. If you are more, we agree the scope in a free first call.
Can you run it in German as well?
Yes. Every part of the package is available in English or German, so colleagues who prefer German can join a German session.
Do you work with teams in Austria and Switzerland?
Yes. The kick-off call, the setup and the email support run remotely, and the workshop can run online. If you would rather meet in person, the workshop takes place in Hamburg.
Are you an Anthropic partner?
No. Collective Brain is an independent agency in Hamburg. We use Claude every day in our own work, and our English skills catalog lists 68 Claude skills, 14 of which we built ourselves.
