Task:
Develop 2 to 3 Objectives that are inspiring, qualitative and time-bound, without containing numbers themselves. Assign 3 to 4 measurable Key Results to each Objective. Every Key Result needs a clear baseline, a target value and a unit (for example from X to Y). Separate real outcome metrics from pure activities and mark each Key Result as either dependable (Commit) or ambitious (Moonshot).
At the end, test every Key Result against three questions: Is it measurable, can the team influence it, and is it relevant to the Objective? Sharpen or cut anything that measures effort instead of impact.
Output format:
