Collective Brain is an owner-led agency from Hamburg, with a second location in Herrnhut. We bring together brand management, content and AI-driven automation, for mid-sized companies and large enterprises alike. The conviction behind it is simple: good marketing happens where craft meets technology, and both serve your business.

We build brands with a point of view, produce content people actually read and watch, and automate repetitive tasks with AI, so your team spends its time where it is truly needed. For us, technology is a tool, never an end in itself.

Before we design or write code, we work out what your business actually needs. A beautiful website without a strategy is just expensive decoration.

We do not work with off-the-shelf builder kits. Your brand gets what suits it, from the logo to the automation running in the background.

GDPR and the EU AI Act are our baseline, not a box ticked after the fact. With AI in particular, we pay attention to where your data sits and who gets to see it.

A team spanning strategy, design, code and production, plus several dedicated film crews for larger productions. Yes, we have our own developers in-house, not click-together builder kits. We are a certified Google Partner agency, and as a registered BAFA consultant we support projects that can be realised through public funding.
